1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the VedTech Platform ("Platform"), you ("User") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Platform Administrator ("Admin/Owner").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. The Platform is intended for use by individuals and businesses operating in or compliant with the laws of the Republic of India.

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
You must immediately notify the Admin of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Admin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
Account credentials (User ID and Password) are set by you at registration. The Admin can reset passwords at your request, and may do so for security purposes.

4. Free Trial Period

The Platform offers a free trial period of thirty (30) days from the date of registration. During the trial period, access is provided at no cost with limited functionality as specified on the pricing page. After the trial period expires, continued access requires an active paid subscription. The Admin reserves the right to modify, shorten, or terminate the trial period at any time without prior notice.

5. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are available on a monthly basis at the rates specified on the Platform's pricing page.
Subscription fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 7 days before the renewal date.
The Admin reserves the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' prior notice.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods except as required by applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to breach, circumvent, or interfere with Platform security.
Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code of the Platform.

7. NO LIABILITY — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE ADMIN/OWNER EXPLICITLY AND CATEGORICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

THE ADMIN/OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL — ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

Your use or inability to use the Platform or its services
Any interruption, suspension, or termination of services
Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content
Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
Any third-party conduct or content accessible through the Platform
Any decisions made by you based on information from the Platform

USER ACCEPTS FULL AND SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM THEIR USE OF THIS PLATFORM. THE ADMIN/OWNER'S TOTAL LIABILITY, IF ANY, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID BY THE USER IN THE PRECEDING ONE (1) MONTH.

8. Admin Rights and User Management

The Admin reserves the right to:

Enable or disable any user account at any time
Reset user passwords for security or administrative purposes
Modify subscription plans and associated features
Access user account activity logs for platform administration
Terminate accounts that violate these Terms without refund

9. Data and Privacy

By registering, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data (name, email, mobile number, address) as necessary for service delivery. Your data will not be sold to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India. Users agree to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before initiating legal proceedings.

11. Amendments

The Admin reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
